New Year food trays
- Square cake (Banh chung), cylinder cake (banh tet); picked onion and picked cabbage; beef and pork sausages; sticky rice; banana flower salad; boiled chicken; a plate of fruits and a watermelon.

- The tray is displayed in the middle of cuisine area. One female and one male wear traditional clothes in order to introduce.
